JP Kircher

JP Kircher is the Head Men's Golf Coach at Colgate University, a position he has held since August 2023. Prior to joining Colgate, he was the Director of Golf and Head Men's Golf Coach at Piedmont University for over seven years, where he significantly elevated the program's performance. Under his leadership, Piedmont achieved notable successes, including a runner-up finish at the NCAA Championships in 2023 and multiple tournament championships. Kircher was recognized as the 2023 Collegiate Conference of the South Coach of the Year and developed numerous All-America and All-Region players during his tenure at Piedmont.124

Kircher is a graduate of Huntingdon College, where he was an accomplished golfer, earning All-American honors in 2009 and 2010. He played a crucial role in helping his college team achieve top finishes in national championships.23 In addition to his coaching responsibilities, he is also involved in physical education instruction at Colgate.3
