    Jozef A. Kosc is a British Commonwealth Scholar pursuing a DPhil (PhD) in International Development at the University of Oxford, Green Templeton College. His research focuses on post-conflict constitutionalism, violence, and state-building in developing countries.

    With a background in history and political science, Jozef obtained his MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy at Lincoln College, Oxford, as a Mackenzie King Scholar, Polonsky Scholar, and Edward Kylie Fellow. His academic achievements include a distinction for his thesis on the political economy of constitution-making in Coalition-occupied Iraq.
