Joyce Steffan, CGBP, is a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in Organization Development and Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. She also holds a certification in Global Business Professional from NASBITE and has additional studies from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

With a diverse background in academia, Joyce has held key roles at various prestigious institutions. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of the Office of Global Business at Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. Previously, she has been an Associate Director at the International Programs Office/CIBER and has held positions at the Center for Business Performance Management and Graduate Admissions at Fisher College of Business. Additionally, she has worked as an Assistant Director at the MOD Program at Bowling Green State University.
