Joyce Rimmele

Joyce Rimmele is the founder and CEO of Agreed, a company that specializes in helping people deal with the difficulties of divorce and co-parenting. Joyce's passion for helping others comes from her own experience with a long and contentious divorce that left her feeling frustrated and exhausted. Recognizing the need for a better way to handle these situations, she founded Agreed to provide a unique methodology that empowers people to overcome conflict in a cooperative way.

Joyce's professional background is extensive. She earned a BS in Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and has held various marketing and management positions throughout her career. She has worked as a lecturer in international marketing, business management, PR, and social media at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and held marketing and communications roles at companies such as MindBody Online, Astaro Business, and Desktop Online.

In addition to her marketing experience, Joyce is a Certified Conflict Dynamic Profile Practitioner and has worked closely with experts in coaching, divorces, counseling, marriage family therapy, educators, parents, psychologists, law enforcement, medical professionals, and attorneys to develop Agreed's unique approach to resolving conflict.
