Professionally, Joyce has honed her skills and expertise through various roles, including serving as the Founder & Chief Storyteller at BTWN, Co-Founder at Mission DAO, and positions in community development, marketing, and communications at organizations like Sapio, Wiley, and IQPC. Her professional journey also includes experiences at the Ministry of Manpower, Entrepid, Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore.
