Joyce Hsueh-Martin

Joyce Hsueh-Martin, a licensed REALTOR® with DRE# 01721270, has an impressive background in both the tech industry and real estate. Born and raised in Sunnyvale, she moved to El Dorado County in the early 2000s to begin her career in real estate. However, in 2005, Joyce returned to Silicon Valley, drawn by the resurgence of the tech industry. She worked for some of the biggest names in tech such as Google, Yahoo!, LinkedIn, and Apple, honing her communication, negotiation, project management, and technical process implementation skills. Despite having a love for the tech industry, Joyce ultimately realized that she wanted a better work-life balance, and thus decided to return to her roots in real estate. She joined the Mike Ramos Realty Team in 2017, and she primarily specializes in serving the real estate needs of clients in the Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and Milpitas areas. Her attention to detail, contract proficiency, negotiation skills, and flexibility have helped her build a loyal clientele.

Joyce has a passion for spending time with her family, going on road trips with them, and capturing precious moments and memories of both the family and the landscape. She's also an avid food lover and enjoys trying out different restaurants and cuisines, ranging from hole-in-the-walls to fancy multi-course meals. Additionally, she's skilled in arts and crafts, including making paper flower walls, rainbow loom bracelets, and building diaper cakes.
