Joyce Crucillo

Joyce Crucillo is an accomplished General Counsel with over 10 years of experience in the legal industry. She has provided critical leadership to fast-growth companies such as American Apparel and Pressed Juicery, crafting effective legal strategies to support overall company goals and operations. Joyce completed her Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo before pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.

Before taking leadership roles in the private sector, Joyce worked as an Attorney for various firms, including Miller & Welch and Icenogle, Norton & Smith. She has experience as a Law Clerk for the Internal Revenue Service and was a Senior Litigation Associate at Trojan Law. In addition, she also spent time as a Partner for Halstrom, Crucillo & Christesen LLP before pivoting to become the General Counsel at American Apparel.
