Joyce Chen is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in policy research, venture capital, financial analysis, political organizing, and academic research.

Currently, Joyce is a Policy Researcher at the Court of Justice of the European Union, bringing her expertise to the intersection of law and policy.

Previously, she served as an Ignite Venture Fellow at Glasswing Ventures, where she honed her skills in venture capital and strategic investments.

Her analytical abilities were cultivated during her time as an Analyst at Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners and the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, where she gained valuable experience in financial analysis and investment strategies.

Passionate about civic engagement, Joyce has held various roles such as Organizer of the Harvard Votes Challenge at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School and Deputy Director of Conference at the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative.
