Joyanne Norman

Joyanne Norman is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background in Business Administration and Management, having earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of the Virgin Islands, VI, United States.

With a diverse range of experience, Joyanne has held various roles in different organizations. She has served as the Business Education Department Chairperson and FBLA State Adviser in St. Croix at the US Virgin Islands Department of Education.

Prior to her role as Chairperson, Joyanne worked as a Business Education Teacher and FBLA Adviser within the US Virgin Islands Department of Education. Her expertise extends to financial roles, having previously served as an Accountant II at the Virgin Islands Government-Department of Public Works.

In addition to her educational and governmental experience, Joyanne also branched out into the finance sector, where she excelled as a Loan Officer at the Small Business Administration-Disaster Assistance Office.
