Joy Polefrone is the APM Tech Hub Regional Innovation Officer (RIO) at the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CCAM), a position she has held since December 2023. In this role, she is responsible for fostering collaboration and strategic alignment among the 44 member organizations within the APM Tech Hub, as well as serving as the primary liaison to the Economic Development Administration (EDA) team.1

Her educational qualifications include a PhD, and she is based in Richmond, Virginia, where she continues to engage in efforts to advance manufacturing and innovation.1
