Josie Jeffries

Josie Jeffries is the Senior Director of Creative and Content at Webflow, a position she has held since July 2023. With a strong background in design and content strategy, Josie has built a notable career in the tech industry. Before joining Webflow, she worked at Slack from April 2018 to July 2023, where she served as both Senior Director and Director of Creative, overseeing a diverse creative team across various disciplines.1

Her professional journey also includes significant roles at NerdWallet, where she led a marketing-focused design team, and at Twitter, where she was instrumental in driving global marketing campaigns and brand development. Early in her career, Josie gained experience as an Associate Art Director and Art Director at several marketing firms, emphasizing her strong foundation in graphic design. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Indiana University Bloomington.1
