With a focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A, Joshua's expertise spans across the US, Canada, and the UK, incorporating significant international deal proficiency. At Garnet, Joshua plays a key role in managing the Transaction Execution Process, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients through meticulous preparation and diligent support throughout the transaction journey. Joshua's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from London Business School, an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a B.Eng.Mgt in Computer Engineering and Management from McMaster University. He has also passed the CFA Level I exam and undertaken studies in IB at Upper Canada College.
