As a Product Owner and UX designer I’m able to bridge the communication gap between our client needs, what our development team can create, and what the experience of the end user should be.

Using visual sketches and prototypes, along with Acceptance Criteria, screen recordings and annotations, I’m able to combine written definitions with images and video to help bring the team together in understanding what we’re trying to accomplish.

As our work continued we shifted more to a product model, with a focus on the media industry; creating software and services to build and manage subscriptions, paywalls, and content for news and media websites.

Once the internship was complete I was offered a part job working as the graphic artist for all of the designs that came through.
