Joshua Stephens is an experienced IT engineer with a strong background in enterprise-level IT infrastructure and project management. With a keen eye for detail, Joshua has excelled in a variety of roles from troubleshooting servers and running cable to overseeing large-scale deployments like VoIP systems and surveillance solutions.

Joshua's expertise includes enterprise-scale Windows PC and server deployment, Active Directory environment implementation, Mitel VoIP solution implementation, Milestone surveillance implementation, software application patch management, network monitoring, group policy implementation, and hardware repair. His diverse skill set and commitment to continuous learning have made him a valuable asset in the field of IT.

Having completed his studies in Music Performance at The University of New Mexico and Southern Methodist University, Joshua has seamlessly transitioned into the IT realm, holding positions such as IT Engineer at Escondido Union School District and Lead Network Cable Technician at Abilene Independent School District. He has also honed his project management skills and is currently pursuing a PMP certificate to further enhance his expertise.
