Joshua Steiner is a senior executive with over 20 years of diverse experience in leading high-performing teams, building businesses, and delivering value through M&A transactions across various sectors.

With a background in Strategy and Operations Consulting at Deloitte US, he has a proven track record in corporate strategy, market entry strategies, performance improvements, and operational model transformations.

Joshua has been instrumental in helping clients achieve success in M&A deals by focusing on operational elements, aligning deal parameters with strategy, and overseeing the entire transaction process from concept to execution.

Having worked in Switzerland since 2011, Joshua has established and led integration and separation practices at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, and most recently, he directed EY's Transaction Advisory business in Geneva.

Currently, Joshua is the Director of Corporate Development at NEOM, a groundbreaking project focused on reshaping the future of cities, manufacturing, and life.
