Joshua Sharp is an accomplished Project Management professional with a diverse background spanning from small capital to mega ventures, including obsolescence replacements, expansions, and large-scale greenfield projects worldwide.

With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from The University of Kansas, Joshua's academic excellence is evident through memberships in honor societies like Tau Beta Pi and leadership roles in organizations like ASME.

Throughout his career, Joshua has gained significant experience in industrial equipment rebuilds, fire recovery, and GE frame 7EA gas turbine upgrades, showcasing his expertise in Rotating Equipment Engineering.

Not only is Joshua a seasoned engineer, but he is also a dedicated leader in Diversity & Inclusion, being the founder of a Hispanic/Latinx based Employee Resource Group and a keynote speaker at events promoting diversity in engineering education.

Additionally, Joshua maintains strong community connections by engaging with student chapters of organizations like SHPE and NSBE, demonstrating his commitment to fostering the next generation of engineers.

As a former athlete, competing in Track & Field/Cross Country and even being part of the 2012 Outdoor Track & Field National Runner-Up team at The University of Kansas, Joshua brings a well-rounded perspective to his professional endeavors.
