-Drove substantial cost savings through development of operational efficiencies and vendor negotiations

-Lead all aspects of data management, production, publishing and distribution for entire portfolio of syndicated data products
-Create custom data solutions, including pricing, developing contract language, usage and privacy terms for clients, including the largest global Agencies, Media Companies and many other Fortune 1000 companies
-Recruit, train and develop team of Data Engineers, Database Administrators and Data Architects

-Successfully integrated acquired business and updated capabilities to convert commercial model from a ad-hoc/custom business into recurring revenue with substantial margins
-Increased department capabilities and annual processing capacity from 300 releases to 3000 releases through developing automation, web services, APIs, and data management interfaces for all extract, transform and load (ETL) operations
-Lead Data Production functions responsible for delivering over 30 syndicated data products a year
-Manage annual audit of production department and work with external auditors to develop remediation plans for any findings
