Leading the marketing initiative at one of the UK's longest-running and most successful foodservice appliance and supply companues. My role involved establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. I also Led the execution of marketing programs from start to finish targeting key suppliers, clients and major restaurant chains. As part of my role I also regularyl analyzed customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for in-event promotions and discount sales during peak periods. I regurlarly partnered with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

For a finite time, my role was to Discover the new ways for one of the largest web accessibility companies in the market to engage with existing customers and attract new ones by evaluating the current marketing strategy.

I also suggested or implemented improvements in areas like SEO, social media, email marketing, and website design.

Working with various electronics retailers and e-commerce vendors in the East Midlands to promote the Dell brand and showcase its extensive range of computing products. 

This independent consultancy role includes:
•	Maintaining an up-to-date e-commerce product database, ensuring any website amendments are reflected within the database.
•	Assisting with the completion of retailer catalogues by utilising the Dell UK product database.
•	Assisting with new product launches through the creation of Sales Ready Implementation Packs and supporting material.
•	Handling any B2B sales enquiries, and pass on to relevant sales assistants at specific retailers to follow up.

The role also involved increasing traffic, conversion rates and social media followers, monitoring Affixxius Film and Academic's social media channels – ensuring that we were following and attracting the most relevant accounts, and making recommendations for how to increase our follower numbers. In addition, I oversaw our competitor’s digital activity and also ensured our Business Development Officer utilized our social media assets via their LinkedIn profiles effectively.

•	Work with the Business Development Officer to deliver marketing communications campaigns.
•	Collaborating with our marketing agency to measure and report on campaign activity and performance both throughout the campaign, and upon completion. Make recommendations for improvements and of best practice lessons moving forward.
