    His dedication to showcasing the best of the Pacific Northwest cuisine led him to establish Ava Gene's, where he serves as Executive Chef and Owner, embodying his belief in locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

    Alongside Luke Dirks, Joshua co-founded Submarine Hospitality in 2016, acquiring Ava Gene's and subsequently launching Tusk, further expanding his culinary footprint.

    Additionally, Joshua has shared his culinary expertise as a consulting chef at The Suttle Lodge & Boathouse, enriching his diverse culinary portfolio.
