Joshua Lipp is a legal expert with a wealth of experience in the field of corporate counseling and litigation. Lipp attended the University of California, Berkeley and earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law, after which he studied Political Science at Stanford University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. Before entering the legal profession, Lipp studied at North Miami Beach Senior High.

Throughout his career, Lipp held several legal positions, including President and Founder of Jdcounsel, P.C. as well as Acting General Counsel at Doximity. He also worked as an In-House Legal Consultant at LinkedIn, Epocrates, Sonics, and Mercury Interactive. Additionally, Lipp served as General Counsel at Resonate and Mindmaker. Before taking on these roles, he worked as an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
