Joshua C. Ngoma is an engineer and serial entrepreneur known for his purpose-driven approach. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines. Furthermore, he pursued his education at Chizongwe Secondary School for his 'O' Levels and obtained a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria.
Joshua has played pivotal roles in various organizations, showcasing his leadership and expertise. He is the Founder and Chief Enabler of Enterprising Africa Regional Network (EARN) along with its subsidiaries. Prior to this, he was actively involved as Co-owner and later served as the CEO at Tranter Holdings. Additionally, he held significant positions at distinguished companies, including Group Manager for New Mining Technologies at Anglo Platinum, General Manager for New Clydesdale and Matla Collieries at Eyesizwe Coal, Senior Project Engineer at Sasol Mining, and Drilling and Blasting Engineer at De Beers Finsch Mine.
