Operations Manager - Retail Store Ops

Cape Cod offers unique opportunities and challenges to retailers and retail customers. In the Spring of 2017 I was asked to take my recruiting on the road to serve the Massachusetts communities South of the canal.

In this short term assignment, I helped source and hire more than 50 new colleagues in a challenging hiring environment in less than 3 months.
