Josh Staley

Josh Staley is a seasoned professional with a background in business development, account management, and sales within the sports industry.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Xavier University.

Josh also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at the University of Cincinnati, graduating with a 3.0 GPA, and studied Marketing at Anderson University.

Currently, he serves as the Director of Business Development & Account Management at Rooted Creative, where he brings his expertise in developing business strategies and managing client accounts.

Previously, Josh held Director roles in premium sales and service at FC Cincinnati, demonstrating his strong sales and customer service competencies.

His experience includes working as an Account Executive in Season and Premium Sales at FC Cincinnati, as well as gaining valuable industry insights through internships at D.C. United and the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics.
