Josh has significant experience in the real estate industry, having worked at Starbucks as a Real Estate Manager in Store Development. Prior to this position, he served as a Real Estate Representative at Starbucks.

Before his tenure at Starbucks, Josh was a Retail Leasing Associate at The Peterson Companies, showcasing his expertise in leasing transactions and property management.

Josh's career also includes stints as a Real Estate Development Associate at Foxhall Partners, where he gained valuable insights into real estate development processes and strategies.

Not limited to the real estate sector, Josh Segal has also ventured into consulting, having worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. This role allowed him to leverage his analytical and problem-solving skills.

During his professional journey, Josh gained hands-on experience as an Asset Management Intern at Host Hotels & Resorts (REIT), broadening his knowledge in asset management within the hospitality industry.
