Josh Santos

Josh Santos is a co-founder and CEO of Noya, a company dedicated to reversing climate change and saving our planet from its devastating effects. Santos is a highly accomplished and skilled individual who has gained invaluable experience from some of the world's top companies, including Harley-Davidson, Tesla, Labdoor, and MIT.

Santos' educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical-Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he also worked as an undergraduate researcher in Prof. Robert Langer's Lab. He furthered his education by completing the Management Development Program at the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business and participated in the W21 batch with Noya at Y Combinator.

Santos has held numerous leadership positions in his career, including Senior Program Manager for EV Powertrain Development at Harley-Davidson, where he oversaw the development of electric vehicle powertrains. Additionally, he served as Project Manager for the Model 3 Program at Tesla, overseeing the project's successful completion. He was also Chief of Staff (Product Manager), Director of Sales, and Partner Development at Labdoor before becoming a co-founder of Noya.

Santos' skills and experience in engineering, project management, and leadership have made him an expert in his field. With his passion for building things that make you say 'whoa,' he has brought his expertise to Noya, where he continues to lead the charge in the fight against climate change.
