Josh Roman

Josh Roman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital health and wellness. He served as SVP, Mental & Behavioral Health at Sharecare from 2020 to 2022, and later as SVP, Digital Therapeutics & Strategic Partnerships from 2022 to 2023.1

Roman's career spans various leadership roles in health-tech companies. He co-founded MindSciences, Inc. in 2016 and served as its CEO from 2020 to August 2023.1 Currently, he is the CEO of Mindshift Recovery, a position he has held since August 2023.1

Prior to his work in digital health, Roman held leadership positions in fitness technology companies. He was the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Koko FitClub, LLC from 2011 to 2016, and VP Product and Co-Founder of Koko Fitness, Inc. from 2006 to 2010.1

Roman's educational background includes an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University, which he attended from 1992 to 1997.12
