Josh Rector

Josh Rector is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in managing a wide range of real estate development projects. He has a diverse background that includes business development, project analysis, operations and construction documentation, and he has managed the development of several million square feet of commercial and residential properties. Rector graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University, and he is a former Vice President of Business Development at AG Dillard Inc.

Rector has held various positions in the real estate development industry, including Director of Business Development at AG Dillard Inc., Project Manager at Eastgate Town Center, LLC, Senior V.P. at Bromont Development and Forward Planner at The Grupe Company. He is an expert in managing all aspects of real estate development, including entitlements, acquisitions, lease negotiations and asset and property management. Rector is a self-directed leader who can build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, and he has a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
