Josh Hamrick

Josh Hamrick is a Principal at HealthEdge Investment Partners, a private equity firm focused on the healthcare sector. He was promoted to this position on July 10, 2024, reflecting his significant contributions to the firm since joining in 2016 as an Associate. His responsibilities include originating deals, overseeing due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, and fundraising. He also serves on the boards of P3 Oral Surgery and Spectrum Medical Partners, and is a board observer for several other healthcare companies.124

Before his tenure at HealthEdge, Hamrick worked in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, focusing on mergers and acquisitions across various sectors including healthcare. Outside of his professional career, he is involved in community service with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Tampa and enjoys activities such as traveling, fishing, golf, and soccer. He resides in Tampa with his wife Meggie and their son Eli.24
