As the CEO of Hazel Health, a healthcare company from Silicon Valley, he is dedicated to offering primary and urgent care services to historically underserved communities while actively championing the company's mission and vision.

Prior to his role at Hazel, Josh served as the CEO of Paladina Health, a revolutionary primary care provider under DaVita, where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives, expanding the organization to over 60 clinics across 15 states.

Before joining Paladina, he co-founded and led DaVita Rx, the renal pharmacy arm of DaVita, achieving remarkable revenue growth from $50 million to over $1 billion during his tenure.

Josh's professional journey began at Bain & Company, a prestigious global strategy consulting firm, after completing his MBA and BA in Human Biology from Stanford University.
