Josh Gibson

Josh Gibson is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. He completed his Psychiatry Residency Program at the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine, earned his M.D. in Psychiatry from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and obtained a B.A. in English from Cornell University.

Josh has held various leadership roles in organizations, including currently serving as VP of Digital Transformation and Director of People Operations at Pilot44. In the past, he was an Executive Coach and Consultant at his own practice, a Director of People Operations & Innovation Strategy at Pilot44 Labs, a Senior Clinician at Quartet Health, among other positions at reputable institutions such as the University of California, San Francisco, and Columbia University in the City of New York.

His rich professional history also includes roles as a Psychiatrist, Committee Chair for the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry, Assistant Clinical Professor, Editorial Board Member for Web M&M at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Student Director for the Student Success Network, and a Senior Consultant at Accenture.
