Collaborate with promoter to ensure implementation of the overall vision for event production. Contract and coordinate all aspects of event production; including staging, power, lighting, video, audio, rigging, labor, artist hospitality, and site needs. Advance with talent and booking agents. Stage managed all three days of the event. Create production budget, account for all expenses incurred, and ensure budget is achieved. Produce final invoice for promoter. Events Produced: Bite and Brew of Salem, Salem, OR; World Domination Summit, Portland, OR; Video Dance Attack, Portland, OR; Whiskey Fest Northwest, Portland, OR

Brown Dog Productions

Facilitate after school program for elementary students. Teach students to ride safely on road ways, repair and maintain their bicycles. Train program instructors in conflict resolution skills.

Collaborated with founding team to shape organization’s vision and mission. Implemented plans and actions steps to achieve vision goals. Ensured accuracy of employees benefits and salaries. Oversaw budget creation and bookkeeping. Negotiated contracts and all other business to business dealings. Oversaw the spiritual and emotional health of 40+ leaders. Identified and trained a team of volunteer shepherds in skills of conflict resolution, active listening, and assessing motivators. Oversaw 60+ conflict resolution sessions over the course of 5 years, most of which have resulted in greater unity and synergy within the organization.

Collaborate with 8-member staff team to set ministry vision and goals. Implement team concepts and vision for programs, retreats, and camps. Recruit and train 20+ apprentice program coordinators over 8 years. Plan, execute, and perform weekly services, 3 retreats, and 5 camps yearly. Audition and develop 40+ musicians. Recruit, train, and schedule 50+ audio and video technicians to ensure successful production weekly in three different venues. Troubleshoot and resolve all technical and mechanical malfunctions. Oversaw the production selection and installation for a 3 venue student center building project.
