As the Sales Director for the APJ region at LeanIX, I leverage my extensive sales leadership experience to drive growth and expansion in the market. I oversee strategic sales initiatives for our SaaS solutions, which are specifically designed to help our customers streamline and navigate their IT, Cloud and Digital Transformation journeys using LeanIX.

My key responsibilities include understanding client needs and aligning our offerings to meet these requirements. I provide tailored proposals, demonstrating the utility and value of our solutions in driving business transformation.

In addition to new business development, I place emphasis on mentoring and training our team to foster a high-performing sales culture. I also maintain an in-depth knowledge of LeanIX's offerings, ensuring we effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.

In my role, I consistently aim to exceed our revenue targets and to strengthen relationships within the APJ region, affirming LeanIX's position as a leader in Digital Transformation tools.

Initially starting as an Account Executive, then quickly progressing to the Head of Sales at WorkingMouse, I have been integral in building and driving the Account Executive team. My role involved setting team targets, executing sales campaigns, and understanding the varied needs of our clients from legacy modernisation software to SaaS solutions.

I worked closely with the CEO and Squad leads, employing project management and NLP communication techniques to bridge the gap between client needs and our services, thereby facilitating timely project delivery.

Over time, I have established the sales processes, composed quarterly sales plans and forecasts, and taken on the responsibility of recruiting the entire sales team. I fostered a positive team environment, conducting regular performance reviews and designing training programs to nurture the team's professional growth.

- New business development and maintaining a minimum monthly revenue target of $500,000.
- Applying Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies in project management.
- Writing position descriptions for the Customer Success business arm and new Account Managers.
- Hiring, training, and mentoring the Sales/Customer Success team.
- Technical writing for tenders and our website knowledge base.

By building strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, negotiating business contracts, and leveraging my industry knowledge for accurate sales forecasts, I've continually drove the team to meet and surpass their targets.
