Josh Bar-on is an experienced business development professional and grant writing expert, with a passion for helping both startups and established organizations reach their full potential. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from Ariel University, Josh brings a unique skill set to the table. 
As the VP of Business Development at Eagle Point Funding, Josh and his team help businesses and academia secure R&D grants to fund their development plans. He has also founded his own company, IASPIRE, where he assisted clients with diverse needs in marketing, business strategy, and leadership development. Prior to that, Josh was the Business Development Manager at Travel Insurance Israel and the Program Coordinator at ILEAD Experience. 
Josh is excited to help technology and next-gen products come into existence and benefit the world, while ensuring that intellectual property and equity remain in the inventor's hands. He understands that presenting revolutionary technology in an engaging and concise manner is key to winning federal R&D grants.
