He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Louisiana State University and has pursued further education with an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School.

Josh Anders is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Samson Resources II, LLC.

Prior to his current role, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Adams Resources & Energy Inc and has extensive experience in financial leadership within the energy industry.

His previous roles include Vice President and Controller, Senior Director of Corporate Accounting and Midstream Accounting, Director of Finance, Vice President of Business Development and Treasurer, and Manager of Corporate Finance at various well-known organizations like Southwestern Energy, Beryl Oil and Gas LP, and Pogo Producing Company.
