Born in Hong Kong, Josephine completed her studies at the University of Hertfordshire, England, graduating with a degree in Business Management in 2004.

Since establishing Centre O in 2010, Josephine has been dedicated to assisting clients with their challenges, providing solutions, and offering peace of mind.

She is passionate about helping start-ups and expats overcome obstacles, especially language barriers, by offering personalized support and professional guidance.
