Josepheen De Asis-Cruz is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background.
She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience from Baylor College of Medicine, a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of the Philippines, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
Currently, she serves as a Staff Scientist at Children's National Health System, where she brings her expertise and experience to the field of healthcare.
