Joseph Wei

Professional Background

Before joining TVG, Wei was a founding partner at Lab360 Startup Incubator in Silicon Valley, where he played a pivotal role in investing in and accelerating 20 startups focused on the Internet of Things (IoT) and wearable devices. Notably, one of these startups was acquired by Apple, while others successfully raised significant funding, including a startup that raised over $126 million across various funding rounds. Wei has also held leadership positions in enterprise business and corporate development at several prominent companies, including Inventec Corp., NEC, Silicon Graphics Inc., and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), both of which were acquired by HP.
