Joseph W. Malka, an attorney and certified financial planner with over 30 years of experience, is on a crusade to promote trust, integrity, and ethics in the finance industry. He has dedicated his career to serving as a trusted advisor to his clients and promoting financial justice. Joseph's extensive education includes a Doctor of Law degree from NSU - Shepard Broad Law Center, a Certified Financial Planner designation, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Philosophy & Psychology from Rutgers University. Additionally, he has completed judicial studies at the National Judicial College.

Joseph has worked as a judge and judge pro tempore, an attorney at law, a certified financial planner, and the CEO, mentor, public speaker, trainer, coach, and freelance writer at T.I.E. Enterprises, LLC. He has also hosted his own TV talk show, "Estate Planning." Joseph believes that people deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, and he is dedicated to providing unbiased and helpful advice. He is passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact on people's lives.
