Joseph Ternasky, an accomplished engineering leader, has established a remarkable track record over the years. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Joseph's technical expertise spans across data privacy, large-scale distributed systems, modern user experiences, cross-platform and multilingual applications.

Joseph's resume speaks volumes as he has held influential positions at the biggest tech giants in the world. He has served as the Senior Director of Engineering for the well-known data analytics company, Splunk, Director of Engineering, Privacy and Data Use at Facebook, VP of Engineering at Wealthfront Inc., and Engineering Director, Google for Work at Google Inc., to name a few.

Joseph has a passion for mentoring and developing leaders and has the capability of organizing and staffing teams from all geographically and culturally diverse backgrounds. He co-founded Freestyle Software, Inc. and Ministry of Software, both of which prominently featured his skills.
