Joseph Tay is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background spanning high-growth start-ups, investment management, and big four accounting. As the CFO of Paktor Group, he oversees critical functions such as financial planning and analysis, treasury, and controllership to ensure the organization's economic returns and financial health. Before joining Paktor, Joseph led SSC's co-investments in several high-growth start-ups, where he developed a keen interest in start-ups' fast-paced and dynamic environment. His journey began as an auditor in KPMG, where he honed his skills in auditing and gained valuable insights into electronics and pharmaceutical MNCs. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Nanyang Business School, NTU, and a student exchange at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, University of Applied Sciences.
