Joseph Simenic is an accomplished urban public policy specialist and executive with over ten years of experience across various sectors in the NYC Metropolitan Area. He has managed or coordinated public real estate, transportation, and disaster recovery programs for the U.S. Army, a major financial institution, a state government, a local government, and a public transportation authority. Joseph has honed his skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, coordination of programs across large organizations, senior executive communication, and negotiation. He is a graduate of both Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and the United States Military Academy at West Point. During his career, Joseph has held several significant leadership positions, including Program Director and Senior Program Manager at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. He has also served as Executive Director and First Deputy Executive Director of the Lower Manhattan Construction Command Center and as Policy Director for Downstate Infrastructure & Economic Development at Executive Chamber: Office of the Governor.
