Joseph Olzacki is a Connecticut Certified Educator with over 20 years of experience in education administration, specializing in areas like International Program Management, Communication, Public Relations, Human Relations, Budgeting, and Program Advancement.
From 2012 to 2017, Joseph spearheaded the Teacher Education - School Based Mentor Program in Rwanda, training over 2500 mentors nationwide and focusing on creating learner-centered classrooms supported by data, with the mission of Rwandans teaching Rwandans.
His educational background includes a Master's degree in Music Education, Conducting, and Music Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Government, and Genocide Studies, a Doctorate in Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Music in Conducting and Concert Promotion.
Joseph Olzacki has held various key roles in organizations such as Superintendent of Schools at Connecticut Region 14, Director of the Rwandan Teacher Education Program at the University of Hartford and Rwandan Ministry of Education, President at NERFU (New England Rugby Football Union), and Director of Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Public Relations, and Curriculum at Bloomfield Public Schools.
