Manage the receipt and distribution of material in support of production and plant operations. Coordinate the logistical movements of all completed parts and modules to the customer and program managers.

Materials Supervisor

Managed the planning and execution of both $7.5M annual and $20M exercise budgets, contributing to operational maintenance, materials, services, and personnel transportation supporting daily operations and 18 multi-national and joint service exercises in 7 countries coordinating with military and civilian agencies. Managed the procurement, receipt, transportation and distribution of over $10M of repair and sustainment items supporting overall operational readiness of the 1,200 personnel and 10,300 pieces of critical equipment. Built a comprehensive and sustainable training program for over 50 employees integrating security, supply, fiscal, maintenance and leadership requirements utilizing visual, kinetic, and web-based applications. Personally responsible for managing four separate property accounts, each valued in excess of $58M, which comprise over 15,000 individual pieces of the organization’s equipment distributed throughout 40 subordinate units which ensured accurate accountability, reporting, and operational readiness.
