Joseph Ivan is an accomplished professional with experience in the hospitality industry. Ivan studied hospitality management at The Ohio State University after graduating from Boardman High School. Throughout his career, he has held leadership and management roles at numerous hotels and resorts, including Marriott Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, Noble House Hotels & Resorts, and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. He has worked in various positions, including Outlets Manager, Banquet Manager, Restaurant General Manager, and Guest Services Manager.

Additionally, Ivan has worked at fitness centers, including 24 Hour Fitness and Equinox, where he was responsible for managing operations and leading teams. He is currently a member of Target's Executive Team Leader, where he oversees the day-to-day store operations, performance metrics, and team development.
