His professional expertise includes Strategy, Design Thinking & Innovation, Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Data Analysis, and Ecological Systems.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys hiking, camping, travel, southern-style barbecue, and maintaining a fitness routine through activities like backpacking adventures, skiing, obstacle course races, and charity boxing matches.
