    Joseph Gregorio is a composer, conductor, and lyricist who served as the Associate in performance (director of choirs) at Swarthmore College from June 2013 to July 2023.16 He led the Swarthmore College Chorus and Garnet Singers during his tenure.2 Gregorio is also known for his work as a composer and has been recognized for his contributions to choral music.4

    In addition to his role at Swarthmore, Gregorio was the founding director of Ensemble Companio, a chamber choir, which he led from 2011 to 2016.35 Under his direction, Ensemble Companio won an award in 2012.5
