Joseph Dyer is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the aerospace, defense, and space industries.

He obtained his Master of Science in Financial Management and Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and completed studies in Aerospace, Test and Evaluation, and Flight Test at the U.S. Navy Test Pilot School.
