Joseph Dessi, a seasoned marketer with over 25 years of experience, has built his career around driving revenue growth for a diverse range of brands, spanning health care, finance, technology, retail, and telecommunication industries. With an educational background in Consumer Economics from Cornell University, Dessi has had a successful career in the marketing industry holding significant corporate roles in companies such as KPMG and Verizon. In his current role as Vice President, Brand Marketing & CRM at Banfield Pet Hospital, a division of Mars Petcare, Dessi has developed an expertise in integrated campaigns, leading all brand, CRM, content, and media programs for the national brand. He has previously held responsibilities as Managing Partner at IPNY, Managing Director and Senior Partner at Ogilvy & Mather and McCann Erickson / MRM, and Client Service Director at Mediaplex. Dessi also founded a creative ad agency based in New York City. With a leadership style that is supportive and collaborative, his leadership has built, managed, and turned around large and complex teams.
