Joseph DePaolo

Joseph J. DePaolo is the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as a Director of Signature Bank since its establishment. He has an extensive background in the financial sector, having been a Managing Director and a key member of the Senior Management Committee of the Consumer Financial Services Division at Republic National Bank before joining Signature Bank. Mr. DePaolo held various important roles at Republic National Bank, including positions like First Vice President and Deputy Auditor, First Vice President and Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking, Managing Director, Chairman of Republic Financial Services Corporation, and Chairman of Republic Insurance Agency. His experience also includes a significant tenure as a senior audit manager at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. DePaolo is also affiliated with the New York State Society of CPAs.
