Joseph Ciesla

Joseph Ciesla is a seasoned finance executive with a broad range of experience in corporate finance, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity. He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics before going on to earn his MBA from Harvard Business School. Ciesla has held a number of key roles throughout his career, including serving as Chief Financial Officer at Tinder, Senior Vice President of Finance & Analytics at Tinder, and VP of Finance and Strategy at OkCupid. Prior to this, he served as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at IAC and Senior Director of Corporate Development (Match Group) at IAC. He also served as Chief Financial and Analytics Officer at Indaba Music and was a Private Equity Associate with Silver Lake Partners. Ciesla began his career as a Technology Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
